Common Questions

Are cookies Required?

Cookies are required to log in and to use the personalized features of the InteleSense website. They are not required to browse the website without logging in, though a cookie may still be set so that you can be directed back to the correct page if you do log in. You may choose to block this cookie without disrupting your use of the site.

If you do choose to log in, you will need to allow a cookie to be set. The cookie will contain an encrypted string that includes a session id and the time when that session was started. This is so our server knows that you are still logged in when you move from page to page.

By default, this is a temporary cookie, which will expire as soon as you close your web browser. A persistent cookie will only be set if you choose "remember me" when you log in. If you do this, the cookie will be saved to your hard drive, and used the next time you return, so you do not have to log in again. You should not select this option of you are accessing the InteleSense website from a public computer.

InteleSense uses no services or features which attempt to set third party cookies. You should never receive a third party cookie from this web site.

How do I log in?

To log in to the Intelesense website, simply click on the “Sign In Now” link that is located just under the top banner on every page. Clicking on that link will display the login form immediately on the page you are currently viewing.

If you have attempted to log in, bur received an error message indicating that your password was incorrect, you can use the forgotten password form to generate a new one.

If you have attempted to log in, but find that you are logged back out each time you visit a new page, please ensure that your browser is set to allow cookies from Intelesense.net.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply fill out our account creation form. Your information will not be shared with third parties. For details, see our privacy policy.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgotten password form instead of creating a new account. If you create a new account you will lose any special permissions your account was granted, including accesses to InteleCells you own.

What web browsers are supported?

We want you to be able to view our website and get the information you need no matter what web browser or operating system you are using. However, due to the dynamic nature of the content, certain features may be limited if you are not using a modern browser. We suggest the latest versions of Firefox or Internet Explorer.

To view dynamic data graphs, you must have the flash plug-in installed.
