Account and Access

I can log in, but each time I visit a new page I am logged out again.

This usually means that your browser is not accepting cookies from Intelesense.net. You must allow cookies from Intelesense.net in order to log in. Instructions for Firefox: 1. Click on tools: options and select the "privacy" tab. 2. Click on the "Exceptions" button. 3. Enter "Intelesense.net" in the "Address of Internet Site" box 4. Click "Allow", followed by "close" and then "okay" Instructions for Internet Explorer 1. Click on tools: Internet Options and select the "privacy" tab 2. Click on the "Sites" button 3. What do I do if I don’t remember my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply fill out our forgotten password form, and a new password will be generated and sent to you. You can then use this new password to log into your account. For security reasons, we are not able to retrieve your original password. We can only issue a new one. However, as soon as you receive your new password, you are free to log in and change it.

Why did I get an email saying my password had been changed?

If you receive an email saying that your password has been changed, but you did not request a new password, you should inform us at support@intelesense.net so that we can investigate. However, new passwords are only sent to the account address on file, so this does not mean your account has been compromised. Simply log in to your account and change your password back.

What do I do if I can't log in at all?

If you cannot log in to the Intelesense website, the first thing to do is verify that you are using the correct credentials. If you are not sure, use the forgotten password form to have a new password generated for you. If you are sure you are using the correct username and password, but you still cannot log in, check to make sure that your browser is accepting cookies from Intelesense.net. If your problem does not seem to be addressed here, you can send an email to support@intelesense.net. Please be aware: You may send a support request from any address, but if the issue involves account access, we will only be able to respond to the address we have on file for the account in question.

I am logged in, but some areas of the website still prompt me for a username and password.

If your account does not have access to a certain area, you may receive a prompt to enter credentials even if you are already logged in. If you cannot access an area you believe your account should have access to, please email support@intelesense.net or post a question in the forums.

How do I change my password?

If you remember your old password and wish to change it, you will find the change password form on your “account settings” page. If you do not remember your old password, you will have to request a new one with the forgotten password form, after which you may log in and change it using the change password form on your “account settings” page.
