Global Integrated Monitoring Company Founded
03-01-05 -- HONOLULU, HAWAII -- Intelesense TechnologiesTM began operations as a new start-up company dedicated to development and deployment of world-wide, integrated wireless monitoring of the environment.
Founded by Drs Kevin Montgomery and Carsten Mundt from Stanford University, Intelesense was created to address the needs that arose from their ongoing environmental research with the University of Hawaii EPSCoR program in collaboration with Drs Kenneth Kaneshiro and Michael Kido.
"Intelesense is focused on bringing together information to create understanding from disparate data sources," said Dr Montgomery, Intelesense’s CEO. "Right now we study many different parts of the environment independently, but bringing together this information to examine the correlations is where the future of environmental monitoring lies."
Intelesense Technologies is headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii.
